If Hillary Clinton did not realize that some emails she received, based on their content, contained classified information even though they were not marked as such, she is too stupid to be President of the United States and Commander in Chief.
If Hillary Clinton knew she was illegally receiving emails that contained classified information through her private server, then she is a criminal and can’t be President of the United States and Commander in Chief.
In her defense, Hillary keeps making the same statement, “I never sent or received any emails marked classified.” Sounds good and is a 100% true statement. But those of us that have dealt with classified documents know that they are NOT marked “Classified”. They are marked at the top and bottom of the page with the level of classification: Confidential, Secret, Top Secret and Top Secret- Special Access Program.
It’s possible that some of the emails Hillary received contained information that was not classified at the time, but classified at a later date. At last count, over 1200 emails have been found on the Clinton server that contained classified information, some at the highest possible level. It’s doubtful that the information in all 1200+ emails was unclassified at the time it was sent and classified later.
Nor is it possible that the information was at one time classified, but declassified before it was sent. When classified information is declassified, the markings are not removed. The classification markings remain at the top and bottom of the page and the page is over-stamped with a declassification statement, the date declassified and the signature of the person authorizing the declassification.
You can continue to believe that Hillary Clinton did no wrong. If charged, you can continue to believe she is innocent, the victim of a vast right wing conspiracy. If found guilty and sentenced to prison, you can believe she was rail-roaded (by the Obama Justice Department no less).
And if she is elected President of the United States and Commander in Chief, you can watch her continue the downward spiral to third world country status Barack Obama has put us on.
