A new, recently released study found that nearly 10 percent of college graduates in the United States think that TV host Judge Judy sits on the Supreme Court!
The same study also found college graduates lacked basic knowledge on all branches of government. Forty-seven percent of graduates couldn’t identify the term lengths for members of Congress. This is something I would expect high school graduates to know; which makes me wonder how many high school graduates know the term lengths for members of Congress.
This study by the American Council of Trustees and Alumni was conducted in August 2015 and was based on 1,000 interviews nationwide.
Liberals want free college for everyone. Will all of that free college give us more college graduates that believe stupid crap like Judge Judy is on the Supreme Court? Makes you wonder what other stuff they believe to be true that isn’t. And how many of the college graduates will go on to be teachers?
And why are liberals so adamant about pouring tons of money into free college educations when so many of our primary and secondary school systems are a disaster? Which would be a better use of tax dollars: free college or helping school districts that can’t even graduate 25% of their students? It is hard to believe that there are schools that can only educate 25% of their student good enough to graduate. No free college for them, just a life of poverty and minimum wage jobs.

- New York District 12 – 39.7 % Graduation Rate
- Nevada District 1 – 39.9 % Graduation Rate
- New York District 11 – 40.2 % Graduation Rate

Notice that that eight of the top ten school districts with the worst graduation rates are located in the Liberal Mecca, can’t do anything wrong, follow our example, we know better than you States of New York and California.
And having a college degree does not guarantee a life of success and wealth.
