On 7 February 2015, I posted some thoughts on State Department SOP’s that would surely require reporting significant events happening at our embassy’s and posts around the world. Like the attack on the compound in Benghazi. Most likely these reports would take the form of emails and would show the evolution of the attack. But the rest of the story recently emerged. The key player in this incident, the Secretary of State, chose to use a private email server to control all of her emails and limit access to those emails.
How could she do this in good faith, while mandating that all State Department employees (except her) use their government email? Another case of do as I say, not as I do?
President Obama received emails from Hillary for four years, but just found out this past week that she was using a private email account for State Department business. Really?
President Obama didn’t condemn or criticize Hillary for using a private email account. Does that mean any current government employee is free to set up their own email server in their basement and use it for official government business?
Does anyone really believe that Hillary really used her private email account for government business because it was easier? Or setting up to separate accounts on one device or having two devices was too hard?
Saw on the news this morning that there are six separate ongoing investigations into Hillary Clinton’s activities. But I’m sure “there is no there, there” concerning the emails just like “there is no there, there” with Benghazi, or the IRS, or Fast and Furious, the VA Healthcare Scandal, or the Bowe Bergdahl Prisoner Exchange, or ObamaCare, or NSA spying on American citizens, or the Stimulus Bill hoax, etc., etc., etc.
